DHS Junior, Sara Baldwin, will perform with the All-Eastern Honors Orchestra in Atlantic City, NJ.
Sara Baldwin, a junior violist from Darien High School has been chosen, through a highly selective process, to perform in the All-Eastern Honors Orchestra on April 5-8 at the Adrian Phillips Ballroom in the Historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. More than 800 of the most musically talented students in the Eastern Region of the United States have been selected to perform in the All-Eastern Honors Ensembles.
The students will prepare remarkably challenging music that they will then rehearse and perform under prominent nationally recognized conductors with students from throughout the Eastern United States. Sara has previously performed as a member of the CT Western Region and CT All-State Orchestras and is currently a member of the Darien High School Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Ms. Jane Minnis.
