On Wednesday, March 1 nearly 600 students in grades 6-12 participated in the Darien Choral Festival. The event took place in the DHS Main Gym as students performed two shows for audiences of over 800 at each performance. The programs started with a mass choir performing the National Anthem and then featured each middle school grade level chorus, Viva Voce, Camerata Singers and the Darien High School Tudor Singers and Concert Choir performing their featured selections. The evening concluded with nearly 600 choral students singing a version of “My Shot” from the hit Broadway musical Hamilton.
