The Darien HS Band performs at Symphony Hall in Boston on March 7.
The Darien High School Concert Band and Wind Ensemble traveled to Boston, MA on Monday, March 7 to perform in a US Bands sponsored event held at the prestigious venue Symphony Hall. The students performing for internationally recognized adjudicators including composer Jack Stamp, received both written and recorded feedback, participated in a group ensemble clinic and then had the opportunity to participate in individual clinics on each instrument given by Boston area professional musicians. The Darien High Schools Bands are under the direction of Jonathan Grauer.
